INSTRUMENTATION FOR AUTOMATIC CONTROL
- MIX-PROOF VALVES: dual seat valves are suitable for automatic loading and unloading of product lines to allow two products or fluids to flow simultaneously through the same valve without risk of cross-contamination. In this way it is possible to simultaneously pass a wash cycle flow and a product flow through the same valve.
The spillage-free operation complies with most hygiene standards and is suitable for all applications where a high degree of sanitisation is desired, and allows the sanitising fluid to be evenly distributed, enabling the complete removal of any impurities.
- LOAD CELLS: used for accurate weighing of solid and liquid ingredients
- CO2 ANALYSIS UNIT for analysing the level of carbon dioxide in carbonated soft drinks with the following features:
- Inline CO2 analyser (g/l)
- Receiver, processor, transmitter
- CO2 reading in HMI control panel
- The instrument allows the reading of the volume of CO2 present in the finished product and also the eventual automatic correction in case of any discrepancies.
