The plate pasteurizer is perfect for clear juices while, for pulp lovers, the tubular pasteurizer is ideal for juice production with filaments or larger pieces.
The homogenizer option is provided for elimination of sediment at the bottom of the bottle and allows to obtain a product that does not separate for a long time while maintaining its naturalness.
The deaeration process, via oxygen removal before pasteurization, achieves a higher-quality product with a technology capable of recovering and enhancing the aromas within each fruit juice.
