Heating solutions and washing agents

Depending on the requirements, the end purpose and the available facilities of steam or solar panel systems, it is possible to choose between the two heating options offered by Prismatech: electric or steam-heated.

The cleaning agents employed vary from water to peracetic acid, hot caustic soda and disinfectants. Hence, it is possible to configure the machine with the most suitable materials according to the choice of media, always paying attention to the degree of corrosion. All Prismatech machinery is made in stainless steel, but in the presence of corrosive agents, it is mandatory the employment of AISI 316L instead of AISI 304.

Energy efficiency and water saving

The Prismatech CIP configuration includes dedicated tanks for each washing phase and, when possible, a tank for the recovery of the washing solution, allowing great efficiency in terms of water- and energy-saving. The steam-heated systems feature a steam-recovery system, providing even more significant energy economy.

Automatic systems: precision and control

PLC with dedicated software and a touchscreen control panel is included in the automatic versions of all Prismatech’s CIP systems.  Thanks to which, it is possible to save up to 99 recipes, set all different parameters and manage the process with extreme precision.
