– stabiliser dissolving such as pectin and all additive substances important for flavour release and to improve fruit juices shelf life
– pasteurisation, which is essential to kill off harmful and pathogenic microorganisms in certain beverages to improve and guarantee their safety and freshness

– homogenisation a stage that is only applied if required by the specific characteristics of the drink
