Our syrup rooms are highly sophisticated and complete plants specifically designed for the preparation of syrups, cocktail mixes and beverage bases. They are modular solutions suitable for syrup production to be used as a base ingredient in the preparation of finished drinks as well as finished syrup products, including:

Customised according to your needs and the product to be processed, the configuration steps of the S-LINE | Syrup Room can include

• THERMO-TECH | Plate or tubular pasteuriser: sugar heat treatment
• MULTI-TECH | Preparation tanks: sugar solution storage and syrup preparation
• PRISMACONTROL | Automation systems: Mix-proof double seat valves for product distribution on multiple lines
• SANI-TECH | Clean-In-Place CIP: plant cleaning and sanitising
