CARBO-TECH CARBONATOR

CARBO-TECH systems are engineered for the stable carbonation of water, wine, and other finished beverages. When configured with deaeration tank, the system ensures optimal CO₂ absorption and long-lasting product stability.

CARBO-TECH focuses exclusively on the carbonation phase, making it the ideal solution for plants where beverage preparation and mixing are managed separately upstream. For the preparation of beverages from scratch involving multiple ingredients, an integrated system such as MIX-TECH is recommended.

Modularity and customisation
Depending on the required level of automation, they can be equipped with mass flow meters for precise CO₂ dosing, automated temperature and pressure controls, and integrated CIP systems.

Hygiene and automated cleaning
Each machine is designed to be easily accessible and compatible with the Clean in Place (CIP) system, for an automated sanitisation process that guarantees reduced operating times and costs.

Reliability, precision, process continuity
Manufactured in AISI 304L or 316L stainless steel, CARBO-TECH features a compact configuration integrating cooling (plate heat exchanger), CO2 absorption, and stabilisation phases. The system ensures uniform and persistent carbonation, maintaining product quality both before and after opening the bottle.
