SANI-TECH CLEAN-IN-PLACE (CIP)

SANI-TECH is PRISMATECH’s CIP system for the automatic cleaning and sanitisation of production plants in the food, beverage, chemical and nutraceutical sectors. It is highly versatile:

• Available in manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic, or wheeled configurations for limited spaces.
• Highly scalable, with tailored tanks, flow rates, temperatures, and washing agents (hot/cold, water, caustic soda, acid, disinfectants).
• Ensures maximum adaptability for different applications while upholding high hygiene standards, reducing downtime, and boosting process efficiency.

Modularity and customisation
Each CIP system is sized according to production requirements and enables cycle customization based on the specific residues or contaminants needing removal.
