This month, we conducted training with Maselli Misure, an Italian leader in high-quality beverage analytical solutions, one of a selected few suppliers with expertise in this field.

• IB08 Beverage Analyzer: Measures Bx (Brix), Diet, CO2, and O2 in carbonated drinks and flavoured waters using optical and infrared technology. Virtually maintenance-free and highly precise. The Brix and Diet readings are measured via refractive index and infrared technology is used for measuring CO2.
• IB07 Beverage Analyzer: The only 100% in-line system to measure Bx (Brix) and CO2 in any regular carbonated beverages, including fruit juices with fibres, energy drinks, and mineral waters. Drift-free for consistent results.
• UC09 Carbonation Analyzer: Accurately measures CO2 in any carbonated beverage, beer, wine, or mineral water. Easy installation with one Varivent fitting – no bypass or pumps needed.
• UG01 Optical Oxygen Analyzer: Measures DO (Dissolved Oxygen) in beer and beverages with optical fluorescence quenching technology for fast, real-time monitoring.
• BA06 Beer Analyzer: Provides continuous in-line analysis of Alcohol, Plato, Extract, CO2, and O2. Installs directly into the process pipe with Varivent fittings, eliminating bypass loops or pumps.

Integration with PRISMATECH’s Systems: MIX-TECH & CARBO-TECH

• The MIX-TECH (Premix/Mixer-Carbonator) is an advanced solution that integrates essential stages of beverage production, such as water deaeration, mixing, and carbonation, into a single, fully automatic machine. Perfect for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, it ensures superior quality and efficiency.

• CARBO-TECH (Carbonator) is designed to carbonate water or finished beverages by introducing CO2 into drinks such as soft drinks, beer, sparkling water, and sparkling wine, always ensuring high-quality end products.
