The Challenge
With the opening of a new production facility and rising international demand, Orsadrinks sought to expand capacity, reduce batch variability, and elevate quality standards. Key requirements included:

The “Fruity Mix” fruit purees received special focus, with a dedicated dissolution system and tubular pasteuriser optimised for fibres and pulp. To address Orsadrinks’ needs, PRISMATECH delivered three tailored projects between 2020 and 2025, creating custom syrup rooms and process systems with:
