{"id":1771,"date":"2022-07-08T10:19:33","date_gmt":"2022-07-08T08:19:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.prismatech.it\/?p=1771"},"modified":"2025-05-09T15:39:20","modified_gmt":"2025-05-09T13:39:20","slug":"le-nostre-soluzioni-per-limitare-gli-sprechi-idrici-ed-energetici-nei-processi-industriali","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.prismatech.it\/en\/our-solutions-to-reduce-water-and-energy-waste-in-industrial-processes\/","title":{"rendered":"Prismatech process plants: our solutions to reduce water and energy waste in industrial processes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1781 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.prismatech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/C2022004-CIP-AUTOMATICO-A-3-SEZIONI-2.jpg\" alt=\"CIP-AUTOMATIC-3-SECTION\" width=\"2000\" height=\"auto\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Food and beverage production involves numerous energy- and water-intensive processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prismatech<\/strong> has always been at the forefront of tackling this problem, by offering <strong>sustainable solutions<\/strong> through our <strong>high-quality, reliable and resilient process plants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to our <strong>great experience in design and manufacturing<\/strong> we develop beverage machinery and equipment featuring different <strong>sustainable solutions<\/strong> to r<strong>educe energy consumption, water and other material wastage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>How do we do this?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>By improving the <strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">efficiency of our systems<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>By using <strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">sanitary and durable materials<\/span><\/strong> such as AISI 304 and 316L stainless steel<\/li>\n<li>By <strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">optimising<\/span><\/strong> usage, consumption and emission of steam, energy and CO2<\/li>\n<li>By implementing <strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">high water reuse<\/span><\/strong> and <strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">ingredient recovery<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our machines are designed and constantly optimised to ensure high energy- and hydraulic- efficiency while respecting the environment and industrial processes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the latest technological innovations, most of Prismatech lines provide water reuse systems that work in several ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the steam-heated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prismatech.it\/en\/products\/thermo-tech-pasteuriser\/\"><strong>pasteuriser<\/strong><\/a>, the generated condensate water is recovered and reintegrated back into the heating system;<\/li>\n<li>In the <a href=\"https:\/\/prismatech.it\/en\/products\/premix\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>premix<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prismatech.it\/en\/products\/carbo-tech-carbonator\/\"><strong>carbonator<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prismatech.it\/en\/products\/oxy-tech-deaerator\/\"><strong>deaerator<\/strong><\/a>, the water is reused continuously thanks to the closed-loop operation of the vacuum pumps, thus avoiding unnecessary drainage and waste;<\/li>\n<li>In the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prismatech.it\/en\/products\/clean-in-place-cip\/\"><strong> CIP \u201cClean-In-Place\u201d system<\/strong><\/a>, steam is recovered with a dedicated condensate collector, thus achieving significant energy savings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prismatech CIP systems<\/strong> feature characteristics for <strong>water- and washing agents- recovery <\/strong>(acid, caustic soda, peracetic acid) as well as the possibility to <strong>neutralise the drained washing solution<\/strong> to reduce the environmental impact.<\/p>\n<p>The machines that make up the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prismatech.it\/en\/products\/s-line-syrup-room\/\"><strong>Prismatech syrup room<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0offer our clients <strong>considerable economic advantages<\/strong> and can be customised to their specific needs.
