Using heat treatment on liquids containing colours could change the natural colour of the product, similarly, heat treating liquids with aromas could change the properties of the aroma itself, especially if this is alcohol-based. The Prismatech micro-ingredient dosing system, besides ensuring the precision of dosage, has been adapted for use in various sectors. Furthermore, it guarantees the complete recovery of micro-elements (eliminates waste and does not stress or alter the characteristics of these elements). The dose systems are all automatic and the dosages are controlled by mass flow meters. All systems are made according to the health and food hygiene rules and all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
